How do I get started with therapy?
Please contact us via phone at (201) 803-4100, submit an email through our contact page by clicking HERE, or click the link at the bottom of the page. Next, we will schedule a 10-15 minute phone call to learn more about why you are seeking services and to determine if our practice can assist you. If time is available, that discussion may happen during your initial phone call. Finally, we will schedule you for your first session.
Do you take insurance?
At the present time, Panacea Counseling Services accepts Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Aetna, United Healthcare and Oxford insurance for in-network benefits as well as all insurances for out-of-network benefits.
What are your fees?

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash as payment for services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. Now, we do understand that things can happen. Unforeseen circumstances are a reality for everyone, so we will forgive one late-cancellation or no-show under most conditions. After that, a $100 fee will be applied for a late-cancellation or no-show.
